Please Note: The skills required/needed for this position are similar to the responsibilities of a Database Administrator

*Currently this is a hybrid CRM Administrator/Research analyst role and provides work backup in the research departments since that department needs additional support. The split of work is approximately 80%/20% (CRM/Research).

This position is based at 75 Fifth Street, Atlanta, GA and as per the current corporate policy, you will be required to be….. IN THE OFFICE….. a minimum of three (3) days per week, currently Monday's, Tuesday's, & Thursday's AND/OR as required.

You MUST have:

1-2 + years PowerBI or related experience, (Creating dashboards in PowerBI. Certification helpful.)

2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics experience or related CRM interfaces such as SalesForce

The CRM position handles all reporting, metrics, goal setting support, management and VP quarterly reporting and strategy reporting for Georgia Power’s Economic Development department.

Work with leadership and staff (ED managers and team members) to determine and develop useful reports and dashboards within Microsoft Dynamics Visual Studio and Power BI.

Work with Microsoft Dynamics/Hitachi contact to identify processes, tools and analysis which will maximize organizational benefit from the platform, including updates and new tool implementation and taking the system in the cloud.

Create and maintain dashboards to enable executive and management insights regarding the current state of project activity teamwork for report out.

Work with ED teams and leaders to execute administration processes which maximize platform value and productivity through communication, collaboration, and the development and execution of programs, services, and solutions.

Provide ongoing training to leadership and staff on queries, use of CRM and proper entry requirements.

Automate current processes for quarterly reporting and other reporting.

Inform leadership and staff of ongoing trends and new business development opportunities.

Provide executives and leadership support on metric PowerPoints for Economic Development.

Support as backup for the Research Department to provide research reports and requests as required for prospects looking to relocate or expand to Georgia.

Qualifications

Must have previously worked with a CRM solution in a challenging environment and shown success.

Experience with the administration of Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platform required.

Strong proficiency of PowerBI required and experience creating dashboards in PowerBI. PowerBI Certification helpful.

Capable of collecting and defining business requirements and architecting a technical solution design for implementation that covers all aspects of the requirements.

Strong data analytical, configuration\administrations skills, development a plus. For example, database knowledge, experience with different DBMS, and SQL expertise would be beneficial.

Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality.

Must be a go-getter and enthusiast who thrives on working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus (people person).

Experience in all project cycle phases with technical teams and multiple lines of business users.

Project management skills a plus.

Experience with workflow tools.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent education discipline.

1-2 + years PowerBI experience, creating dashboards in PowerBI. Certification helpful.

2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics experience or related CRM interfaces such as SalesForce

Experience in all project cycle phases with technical teams and multiple lines of business users.

Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
