Our team of Customer Care Consultants handle more than 15,000 calls a day and are available to assist customers Monday-Friday 7AM-9PM with general inquiries and 24/7 for emergencies. We offer flexible work shifts and some weekends and holiday work are required including storm restoration efforts. As a member of the bilingual team, you will assist both Spanish and English-speaking customers with requests to start, stop or transfer their service, assist with payment options, offer personalized energy related products and services and report emergency situations.

In our state-of-the-art service center that serves 2.4 million customers, you will work with our external customers and our internal teams to:

  • Process service orders, emergency outages and billing inquiries

  • Initiate transferring and disconnection of electric service

  • Inform customers of Georgia Power efficiency programs

  • Collections

  • Products and Services
