THIS REQUISITION IS A TEMP TO FULLTIME CONVERSION REQUISITION. ONLY CURRENT TEMPS ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY TO THIS REQUISITION.
PowerSecure has an immediate opening for an Enclosure Technician on our PowerFab team in Randleman, NC. This role will be responsible to build, wire and assemble according to the instructions of the Assembly Lead. These instructions include electrical and mechanical drawings and all work must meet quality and safety standards. Technicians will be trained in the proper use of power and pneumatic tools and their upkeep.
Requirements
Ability to understand basic electrical, mechanical, construction, and assembly concepts
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to read and communicate in English
Ability to lift 40 lbs. and manipulate heavy test equipment and cables
Ability to stand and walk on manufacturing floor throughout the day
